HOW DO I GET A QUOTE OR MAKE A BOOKING?

MY LOCATION / AIRPORT ISN'T LISTED?

Don't worry if your location isn't listed, simply contact us by phone or email to discuss your needs. We cover all major UK airports and seaports from our base in Cambridge. 

CAN I BOOK A CAR last minute?

We will endeavour to cater for any and all requests. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to meet your needs. 

WHAT HAPPENS After I've made a booking?

We will confirm your booking by sending you a confirmation email to the address you provided at the point of enquiry.

I didn't receive an email, what do i do?

A confirmation email for your booking will be sent to you usually within 12 hours of your initial enquiry. If you need to change this email address or need your confirmation sending again then please give us a call and we will forward your booking confirmation as appropriate.

HOW DO I find my Chauffer AT THE AIRPORT?

Our professional chauffeurs are highly trained to be in the terminal to meet you within 20 minutes of your plane landing back in the UK, and will be in the arrivals hall with a Car-Tel Chauffeurs board that will have your name displayed on it clearly. If you are travelling first or business class and have only hand luggage then let us know and we will be in the terminal earlier so as to meet you as soon as you come into arrivals.

WHAT IF MY FLIGHT is EARLY OR LATE?

Your flight is tracked by our drivers using the various websites that are available to us, therefore ensuring that you are met in the arrivals hall at the correct time whether you're late or early. We, as a company, do not charge you extra if the flight is delayed.

DOES The Quote INCLUDE A TIP?

Tips and gratuity are at the customers discretion.

I NEED A RECEIPT/VAT Receipt FOR MY JOURNEY, Can you provide this?

Yes we can provide receipts for your journey. You can either get a receipt from the driver, please make this clear in your initial enquiry/quote request. Alternatively;  we can email you a receipt following your journey.
